Visa with reference (VDR)

APPLICATION FOR VISA WITH REFERENCE (VDR)

Document required for visa application with reference (visa will be issued after the application is being referred and approved by the Department of Immigration Malaysia / Other Authority Agencies) are:

  1. Original approval letter from Department of Immigration Malaysia/other authority agencies.
  2. Original passport and one copy.
  3. Visa Application Form (Form IMM.47)
  4. Two (2) passport size photograph of the applicant.
  5. Original air ticket and one copy.
  6. Payment of visa fee GBP10.
